Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address (via our authentication provider, or via Google if you sign in with Google) and a securely-hashed password where applicable.

Usage data. Content you create in the product — watchlists, saved screens, and investment theses — and basic, aggregated analytics about how the product is used (e.g. pages viewed) to help us improve it.

Subscription data. If you subscribe to Equora Pro, we store your plan, status, and a payment/order reference. We do notreceive or store your card or bank details — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and Equora is not intended for anyone under 18.

To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, manage your subscription, respond to your requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run Equora: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, and Amazon Cognito for authentication), Google (optional sign-in), Razorpay (payment processing), and Vercel / Cloudflare (web delivery). These providers process data only to perform their function for us.

When you sign in, we store an authentication token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Clearing it (or signing out) removes it.

The company financials, filings, and earnings-call content shown in Equora come from public disclosures and third-party market data. This is public information about companies, not your personal data.

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, scoped access) to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You can access, update, or delete your account data, or ask us to do so, by emailing support@equora.in. Deleting your account removes your personal account data, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
